15 अगस्त 1947 को हम रजनीतिक तौर पर आजाद हुआ थे। महान देशभक्त, स्वतंत्रता सेनानी बालगंगाधर तिलक ने आजादी की जंग के दौरान नारा दिया था,” स्वराज हमारा जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है और मैं इसे लेकर रहूंगा।” लेकिन अब जबकि हम भारतीय आजादी की 69 वीं सालगिरह मना रहे हैं, हमारा नारा होना चाहिए, हमारा सपना होना चाहिए,” आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता, आर्थिक सुरक्षा हमारा जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है और हम इसे हासिल करके रहेंगे।”
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का इस 15 अगस्त को दिया गया नारा “Start-Up India, Stand-Up India” लोगों को आर्थिक आजादी के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए दिया गया है। इसके अलावा मोदी सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई याजनाओं मसलन, प्रधानमंत्री जनधन योजना, अटल पेंशन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा योजना, प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति योजना का लक्ष्य भी लोगों को आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता दिलाना और आर्थिक सुरक्षा देना है।
आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता या आजादी के मायने:
फाइनेंशियल एक्सपर्ट के नजरिये से आर्थिक आजादी के मायने इस प्रकार हैं-
