इन दिनों जहां एक तरफ कड़ाके की सर्दी पड़ रही है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ देश भर में हजारों विघार्थी सीबीएसई बोर्ड की परीक्षा की तैयारियों में जुटे हैं। दरअसल, प्रत्येक स्टूडेंट का यह सपना होता है कि वह बोर्ड परीक्षा में ज्यादा से नंबर हासिल करे, ताकि उच्च शिक्षा के लिए उसकी राह कुछ आसान हो सके। पिछले 20 वर्षों से बतौर शिक्षक कार्यरत कुमार कांत झा बता रहे हैं परीक्षार्थियों के लिए परीक्षा में उम्मीद से दुगनी सफलता हासिल करने के 10 टॉप टिप्सः
सीबीएसई प्रत्येक वर्ष मार्च के पहले सप्ताह में 12वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा आयोजित करता है, जो अप्रैल के दूसरे सप्ताह तक चलती है। वहीं प्रयोगिक परीक्षाएं फरवरी के दूसरे व तीसरे सप्ताह में होती हैं। वैसे, इससे पहले स्कूल अपने स्तर पर प्री—बोर्ड परीक्षा भी आयोजित करते हैं, जिसका उद्देश्य विघार्थी में विषय की तैयारी के स्तर का पता लगाना तथा छोटी—मोअी कमियों को दूर कर अंतिम परीक्षा के लिए उनको मानसिक रूप से तैयार करना होता है।
जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं कि 12वीं के स्तर पर विघार्थियों को संकाय(स्ट्रीम)चुनने की छूट होती है। फलतः विघार्थी मुख्य रूप से तीन स्ट्रीम में विभाजित हैं—कला, वाणिज्य व विज्ञान। इनमें कुछ विषय अनिवार्य और कुछ विषय वैकल्पिक होते हैं। हालांकि, विषयानुसार अधिकतम अंक अलग—अलग हो सकते हैं। सामान्यतया एक—दो विषयों को छोड़ दिया जाए, तो प्रत्येक विषय की परीक्षा की अधिकतम समय सीमा 3 घंटे निर्धारित है। इसके अलावा 15 मिनट अतिरिक्त समय प्रश्न—पत्र पढ़ने के लिए दिया जाता है।
बोर्ड परीक्षाःतनाव से डरना कैसा
जब भी बोर्ड परीक्षा की बात होती है, तो थोड़ा तनाव अपने आप होना स्वाभाविक है। इसी तनाव पर काबू पाकर आप परीक्षा की वैतरणी को आसानी से पार कर सकते हैं। हालांकि, यह धारणा गलत है कि तनाव हमेशा कमजोर विघार्थी को ही होता है। सच तो यह है कि परीक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से जागरूक व होशियार विघार्थी को भी इन दिनों तनाव से गुजरना पड़ता हैं। हां, तनाव के कारण और स्तर में अंतर जरूर हो सकता है।
ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि प्रत्येक विघार्थी की अपनी सीमाएं होती हैं। कोई पास होने के लिए पढ़ता है, तो कोई परीक्षा में सर्वाधिक स्कोर कर टॉप करने के लिए। लेकिन इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं कि परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक आएं यह सभी विघार्थियों की पहली प्राथमिकता होती है। फलतः आने वाले परीक्षा के लिए विघार्थियों को मैं कुछ ऐसे टिप्स बता रहा हूं, जो मैंने 20 साल के अध्यापन अवधि में अवलोकन किया है। यदि विघार्थी इन छोटी—छोटी बातों को अभी से अपना लें तो मुझे आशा ही नहीं बल्कि पूर्ण विश्वास है कि वे आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा में मनोवांछित सफलता हासिल करने में जरूर कामयाब होंगे।
(1)विषय संबंधित जानकारी व योजनाः
परीक्षा की तैयारी का पहला चरण विषय की रूपरेखा को समझना होता है। प्रत्येक विषय का अपना लक्षण व स्वरूप होता है। विघार्थी को इसके स्वरूप को पहचानना आवश्यक है। उदाहरण के लिए इतिहास व गणित का स्वरूप एक जैसा नहीं हो सकता। गणित जहां सही व तथ्यपरक होता है, वहीं इतिहास विवरणीय व कथात्मक ज्यादा होता है। इतिहास में यदि किसी प्रश्न के उत्तर में पहला वाक्य गलत हो जाता है, तो केवल उसी वाक्य के लिए अंक आपको नहीं मिलेंगे, जबकि गणित में आपने यदि पहला ही स्टेप गलत किया या फिर प्लस या माइनस की गलती हो गई, तो हो सकता है कि आपको पूरे प्रश्न के एक भी अंक नहीं मिलें!
ऐसा इसलिए भी कहा जा सकता है क्योंकि पहला स्टेप गलत करने के बाद आप उसके जितने भी चरण लिखेंगे, उसमें गणना की गलती होगी। अतः विघार्थी प्रत्येक विषय में उसके लक्षण व स्वरूप के अनुसार उत्तर लिखें तो ही स्कोर कर पाएंगे। वहीं, भाषा विषय में व्याकरण व शब्दों का ध्यान रखना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। विज्ञान विषय में टू द प्वॉइंट उत्तर लिखने से ही अंक मिलते हैं। वहीं, यदि कहीं किसी सूत्र का आपने प्रयोग किया है तो उस सूत्र को भी उत्तर में लिखना आवश्यक है। इसके बाद ही उसका अनुप्रयोग प्रश्न के अनुसार करना चाहिए। यही नहीं विज्ञान विषय में इकाई(यूनिट) का ध्यान रखना भी बहुत जरूरी होता है। इसी तरीके से कॉमर्स और इकोनॉमिक्स विषय में जहां चार्ट व टेबिल बनाने की जरूरत हो, वहां ऐसा करना चाहिए। अर्थशास्त्र में जहां ग्राफ व उदाहरणों की मांग आवश्यक लगे, जरूर अंकित करें। कला(आर्ट्स)विषय के विघार्थी पहले प्रश्नों को ध्यान से समझें क्योंकि इन विषयों में प्रश्न में प्रयुक्त शब्द प्रायः दिग्भ्रमित करने वाले होते हैं, यथा अवधारणा-स्वरूप, कारण, लक्षण इत्यादि। तत्पश्चात् प्रश्न के उत्तर को वर्गीकृत करें उसके बाद उत्तर लिखना शुरू करें। इससे आपका उत्तर सटीक होगा तथा आपको निश्चित रूप से अच्छे अंक भी मिलेंगे।
प्रायः ऐसा देखा गया है कि विघार्थी बड़े—बड़े अक्षर का प्रयोग कर पृष्ठ भरने की कोशिश करता है। दरअसल, यह एक मिथ्या धारणा है कि पेज भरने से ज्यादा नंबर मिलते हैं। सच तो यह है कि सही, सटीक और निर्धारित सीमा के अनुसार लिखे गए उत्तर पर ही आपको अंक मिलते हैं।
(2) समय सारणी का निर्माणः
पढ़ाई में आपको मेहनत के अनुसार सफलता मिले इसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप अपनी दिनचर्या को नियमित करें तथा इसको एक समय—सारणी के रूप में व्यवस्थित भी करें। आपकी समय—सारणी’ ऐसी हो जिसमें आपके शरीर को आराम भी मिल सके और अधिकतम समय अध्ययन केंद्रित भी रहे। मन को स्थिर रखने के लिए योग, ध्यान व खेल—कूद का सहारा लें, जबकि मस्तिष्क को केंद्रित करने के लिए मनोरंजन का सहारा लें। वहीं शरीर को चुस्त—दुरQस्त रखने के लिए अच्छा खान—पान और भरपूर नींद लेना भी आवश्यक है। कुल मिलाकर कहने का मतलब यह है कि सभी पहलुओं का समायोजन करते हुए ही इन दिनों अपनी दिनचर्या को निर्धारित करें। जहां तक विषय की बात है तो आपके टाइम टेबिल में सभी विषयों को प्रमुखता देना जरूरी है। यदि आप नियमित रूप से ऐसा करेंगे, तो विश्वास कीजिए आपका आधा तनाव तो अपने आप ही छूमंतर हो जाएगा। दरअसल, ऐसा कहने की वजह यह है कि परीक्षा परिणाम को बेहतर करने में किसी एक विषय की नहीं बल्कि सारे विषयों के समग्र अंकों के कुल योग का महत्व होता है। प्रायः ऐसा देखा गया है कि कुछ बच्चे किसी एक विषय में तो बहुत अच्छा स्कोर करते हैं, जबकि दूसरे में औसत। इससे उनके समग्र परीक्षा परिणाम के कुल अंक प्रतिशत पर असर पड़ता है।
(3) इकाई विभाजित पढ़ाईः
ऐसा देखा गया है कि विघार्थी बहुत सारी चीजों को एक साथ व एक ही दिन में पढ़ने की कोशिश करता है। ऐसा करने से बचना चाहिए। आप प्रत्येक विषय को इकाई में विभाजित करें तथा एक दिन में आप एक विषय की एक इकाई का समग्र अध्ययन करें तथा उन इकाई से संबंधित प्रश्न का औचक रूप में लिखने का प्रयास करें। दरअसल, इससे आपका आत्मविश्वास उस विषय के प्रति बढ़ेगा। यहां पर आप एक या दो चैप्टर को मिलाकर भी इकाई बना सकते हैं।
(4) जागरूक अध्ययनः
अधिक पढ़ने से ही जरूरी नहीं कि आपको ज्यादा अंक मिल जाएंगे। परीक्षा में बेहतर सफलता तभी मिलती है, जब जागरूकता के साथ अध्ययन किया जाए। इसके लिए पिछले वर्षों के प्रश्न—पत्रों के प्रारूप की मदद ली जा सकती है। दरअसल, पाठ्य पुस्तक(टेक्सट बुक)में बहुत सी बातें जानकारी के लिए दी जाती हैं उसका परीक्षा से उतना वास्ता नहीं होता। एक जागरूक विघार्थी को इसकी पहचान होनी चाहिए तथा परीक्षा की तैयारी के मद्देनजर इस पर अमल करना जरूरी है। फलतः आपको विषय—वस्तु को एक तथ्यपरक संकलन के रूप में विकसित करना चाहिए तथा परीक्षा के समय उसी पर केंद्रित करना चाहिए। यदि आप ऐसा नहीं करते हैं तो परीक्षा की तैयारी के अंतिम दिनों में आप क्या पढ़ें और क्या नहीं पढ़ें की ऊहापोह की स्थिति में ही पड़े रहेंगे और बेवजह बेहद तनाव में भी आ जाएंगे।
(5) सैंपल पेपर की मददः
विघार्थी कभी—कभी घर पर तो बहुत अच्छा करता है, लेकिन परीक्षा में जाते ही उसका आत्मविश्वास कम हो जाता है। वह कन्फयूज्ड’ होने लगता है। इसका एक ही समाधान है कि विघार्थी सैंपल पेपर से उत्तर लिखने की भरपूर प्रैक्टिस करे। फिर अपने उत्तर को टीचर से चेक भी करवाए। इससे सवाल के जवाब देने में कहां कमी रह रही है, उसका पता चलेगा और आप आसानी से सुधार कर सकेंगे। बोर्ड परीक्षा में अक्सर सवालों के जवाब स्टेप बाई स्टेप देने होते हैं। शिक्षक आपको भली—भांति बता सकता है कि एक उत्तर के विभिन्न चरण कौन—कौन से होंगे। ऐसा करने से निश्चित रूप से आपको परीक्षा में हाई स्कोरिंग करने से कोई रोक नहीं सकता।
(6) योग व व्यायामः
एक विघार्थी को मन व मस्तिष्क से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए। इसके लिए जरूरी है कि विघार्थी उचित व्यायाम का सहारा ले तथा योग व ध्यान सुबह—शाम नियमित रूप से करे। कुछ टिप्स लिखकर उसको खाली समय में याद करना व उस पर मनन चिंतन करना यह भी एक अच्छा मानसिक अभ्यास हो सकता है। यदि कभी किसी विषय में उलझन हो तो थोड़ा चहल कदमी करन लेगा दिमाग को अराम पहुंचाता है।
(7) अभिभावक का सहयोगः
ऐसा देखा गया है कि अभिभावक कभी—कभी अपनी अपेक्षा बच्चों पर बांध देते हैं। ऐसा करने से न तो अभिभावको को फायदा होता है और न ही बच्चों को। अतः परीक्षा से पहले अभिभावक को चाहिए कि बच्चे को प्रोत्साहित करें उसके खान—पान का उचित ध्यान रखें। उसके आत्मबल को बढ़ाते रहें। याद रखें कि बारहवीं का परिणाम कोई जीवन—मरण का प्रश्न या अंतिम विकल्प नहीं होता। इसलिए बच्चों को ताना देने या किसी से उनकी तुलना करने की बजाय उनको प्रोत्साहित करना ज्यादा आवश्यक है। बच्चे की संभावित सफलता और असफलता को अपनी सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठा से न जोड़ें।
(8) परीक्षा कक्ष की योजनाः
विघार्थी परीक्षा से एक रात पहले समय से सो जाए, जिससे भरपूर नींद ले सके। दरअसल, मनोवैज्ञानिक भी मानते हैं कि मस्तिष्क के काम करने की सीमा होती है। यदि हमने इसे तनाव में लाकर पहले ही थका दिया तो इसका असर अगले दिन होने वाली परीक्षा पर पड़ना स्वाभाविक है। मिसाल के तौर पर यदि कोई विघार्थी सामान्य तौर पर रात को देर तक जागकर पढ़ाई नहीं करता और वह परीक्षा से एक रात पहले जागता है तो उसे परीक्षा कक्ष में या तो नींद आएगी या फिर वह खुद को पूरी तरह फ्रेश महसूस नहीं कर पाएगा। उस स्थिति में उसकी परीक्षा खराब होने का डर है। विघार्थियों को इस स्थिति से बचना चाहिए। साथ ही अगले दिन होने वाली परीक्षा के लिए एक रात पहले ही अपना पेन—पेंसिल आदि एक जगह तैयार करके रख दें ताकि सुबह उठकर निकलने में किसी तरह की हड़बड़ाहट न हो।
परीक्षा कक्ष में 15 मिनट प्रश्नपत्र पढ़ने के लिए मिलते हैं । इस समय का सदुपयोग करना चाहिए। साथ ही ध्यान रखें कि पश्नपत्र पर कुछ लिखने से बचें। पहले पंद्रह मिनट में ही आप यह सुनिश्चत कर लें कि कौन सा प्रश्न आपको सबसे आसान लगता है और कौन सा मुश्किल। इसलिए सबसे आसान से शुरू करें। जो प्रश्न आपको अच्छी तरह से आता है, उसका उत्तर पहले लिखें। इस बात को ज्यादा अहमियत न दें कि प्रश्न के व्रQमानुसार उत्तर लिखने से ज्यादा अंक मिलते हैं। हां, यदि किसी प्रश्न के एक से ज्यादा पार्ट हैं, तो उसका उत्तर एक ही जगह लिखें। उत्तर लिखने से पहले प्रश्न की क्रम संख्या ध्यान से लिखें।
(9) परीक्षा केंद्र पर समय से पहुंचनाः
विघार्थियों को हमेशा परीक्षा केंद्र पर आधा घंटा पहले पहुंचना चाहिए। अपना प्रवेश—पत्र साथ ले जाना न भूलें। परीक्षा हॉल में अपनी उत्तर पुस्तिका को निर्देशानुसार पूरा करें। यदि कहीं कोई परेशानी आ रही हो, तो कक्ष में मौजूद निरीक्षक से बात करें अगल—बगल में किसी अन्य विघार्थी से नहीं।
(10) कर्म प्रमुख और आशावादी बनें:
जैसा कि मैंने पहले कहा कि आप अपना कर्म करें और फल की चिंता नहीं। यदि कर्म निष्ठपूर्वक किया गया है, तो उसका परिणाम भी बेहतर ही आएगा। इसलिए परीक्षा से पहले और उसके बाद भी आशावादी बनें रहें। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि यदि उपर्युक्त बातों को विघार्थी अपने व्यवहार और विचार में संलग्न करेंगे तो वह जरूर अपनी सफलता को चूमेगा तथा आने वाली परीक्षा में अच्छे अंकों से अपना और अपने अभिभावकों का नाम रौशन करेगा।
