आंवले का सेवन ऑन, बीमारियां हों गॉन!

गुलाबी सर्दियों की शुरुआत के साथ ही बाजार में आंवला दिखना शुरू हो जाता है। विशेषज्ञों की राय में आंवले का किसी भी रूप में सेवन किया जाए, वह पौष्टिकता से भरपूर होने के साथ—साथ स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। मौसमी बीमारियों से बचाव के साथ—साथ जटिल रोगों के निदान में भी आंवला अत्यंत उपयोगी है।
आंवला हमारे देश का प्रसिद्ध औषधीय फल है। यह मुख्य रूप से उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, बिहार, राजस्थान, गुजरात के साथ—साथ सामान्य रूप से प्रायः समस्त राज्यों में कम या बहुतायत में मिलता है। आंवले का फल पीलापन लिए हरे रंग के गोल और चिकने होते हैं, जो खरबूजे की तरह छह धारियों से युक्त होते हैं। इसका स्वाद पहले कसैलापन लिए हुए और बाद में खट्टा रहता है। आंवला खाकर पानी पीने पर इसका स्वाद मीठा लगने लगता है।
आंवले को संस्कृत में आमलकी या धायी फल, अरबी में आमलाज, फारसी में आमलह और लैटिन में एम्बिलिका ऑफिसिनेलिस कहते हैं।
गुण धर्म
आंवला कसैला, अमतला लिए हुए कड़वा, मधुर हल्का रQक्ष, शीतल, त्रिदोष या वात्त—पित्त, कफ—नाशक होता है। नेत्रों के लिए बेहद लाभकारी है। केशों को काला और मजबूत बनाता है। यह धातु वर्द्धक और शरीर की कांति बढ़ाने वाला है। सूखे आंवले में विटामिन सी का प्रचुर भंडार होता है। 100 ग्राम आंवले में लगभग 600 से 900 मिलीग्राम तक विटामिन सी मिलता है।
आंवले के उपयोग
—आंवले का आधा चम्मच रस में तीन ग्राम पीपल का चूर्ण और दो चम्मच शहद मिलाकर सेवन करने से खांसी और दमा में आराम मिलता है।
—यदि कब्ज आदि की शिकायत हो तो रात को सोते समय आंवले का एक चम्मच चूर्ण पानी के साथ लेने से फायदा मिलता है।
—आंवले के चूर्ण में सेंधा नमक मिलाकर सरसों तेल के साथ मसूड़ों पर मलने से मसूड़ों से खून आना बंद हो जाता है।
—सूखे आंवले का एक छोटा चम्मच चूर्ण सुबह शाम छाछ के साथ खाने से बवासीर की समस्या ठीक हो जाती है।
—आंवला और आम की गुठली दोनों को समान मात्रा में पीसकर बालों में लेप करने से सफेद बाल काले, घने, मुलायम और चमकदार हो जाते हैं।
—सूखे आंवले तथा जामुन की गुठली दोनों को समान मात्रा में लेकर चूर्ण बना लें। प्रतिदिन प्रातः बासी मुंह 7 ग्राम चूर्ण का सेवल गाय के दूध के साथ करने से मधुमेह में लाभ मिलता है।
—गर्भावस्था के दौरान यदि किसी महिला को ज्यादा उल्टी की शिकायत हो, तो उसे आंवले का मुरब्बा खाने को दें।
—एक चम्मच आंवले का रस में थोड़ा सा शहद मिलाकर उसे चाटें। पित्त की समस्या दूर होती है।
—प्रतिदन सुबह खाली पेट आंवले का मुरब्बा खाने से शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है।
—प्रतिदिन सुबह आंवले के मुरब्बे में शुद्ध चांदी वर्क लगाकर खाने से उच्च रक्तचाप नियंत्रित होता है।
यही नहीं आंवले का आप किसी भी रूप में सेवन करें, तो उसकी पौष्टिकता से भरपूर लाभ होता है। मौसमी बीमारियों से बचाव में भी आंवले का सेवन सहायक होता है।
